Delivery Information

At Tuff Mate, we know fast and reliable delivery is essential—whether you’re running a warehouse or tackling a DIY project at home. That’s why we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Free on all orders over £150
  • £6.99 for orders under £150
  • Delivery within 1–3 working days

Express Delivery

  • Available at checkout for an additional fee
  • Next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm

Large or Bulky Items

  • Some heavy or oversized items (such as pallet trucks or large ladders) may require specialist delivery.
  • We’ll contact you if your order needs special arrangements, and provide clear delivery times and instructions.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all mainland UK addresses.
  • For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and other remote locations, delivery times may be slightly longer and surcharges may apply. Please contact us for a quote if you’re unsure.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you’re not available when your delivery arrives, our courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive large or heavy items.

Click & Collect

  • We can offer in-person collection, please call our team on 0161 439 1400 to arrange this. Collection is by prior arrangement only. Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm
