Delivery area

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not deliver outside the UK due to border controls and export restrictions.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock products within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Most items are dispatched on a next working day delivery service.

Standard delivery charges (UK)

·         FREE delivery to many parts of England, Wales and areas of Scotland on orders over £100.

·         Orders under £100 are charged £9.99 delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by reputable UK couriers.

Large items (pallet deliveries)

Some large or heavy items are delivered on a pallet.

Kerbside delivery

Pallet deliveries are Kerbside. While some drivers will try to place the pallet as close as possible to your property, this depends on access and conditions (for example driveway surface, slope, steps, or other restrictions).

Due to insurance restrictions, it is unlikely the driver will be able to take the goods inside your property.

Timing

In most cases, pallet deliveries arrive next working day from dispatch. Some areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) may take longer.

Access and special requirements

If access to your property is restricted or difficult, or you require additional assistance at delivery, please contact us before ordering. We can advise on flexible delivery options where available.

Delivery notifications

Before delivery, we will email you with details of your delivery date.

Checking your order (damage and signing)

On delivery, you may be asked to sign to confirm the item has been received in good condition.

Please: 1. Inspect the packaging and item for any signs of damage before taking it into your property. 2. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. 3. Contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Surcharges for pallet deliveries (postcode-based)

For pallet deliveries only, some regions attract a carrier surcharge. If your postcode falls within a surcharge area, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Please note: our website may not always automatically calculate the correct surcharge by postcode. If this happens, a member of our team will contact you to arrange payment of the additional delivery cost before dispatch.

£59.99 + VAT

Postcodes/regions: Any AB postcode area, IV, KW, DD, PA20–78, PH17–26, PH30–38.

Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands

Outer Hebrides and Shetlands (HS and ZE postcodes) are subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for a quotation.

Parcel deliveries (selected regions)

For parcel deliveries, the following regions may incur a delivery charge of £40.00 (depending on item weight, your order may be classed as a pallet delivery):

·         Isle of Man

·         Isle of Wight

If your area is not listed

If your delivery address is outside the areas listed above, please contact us for delivery pricing and an estimated schedule. We will always aim to keep delivery charges as low as possible.

Republic of Ireland (Eire)

We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland. If you are in the Republic of Ireland, we may be able to deliver to a Northern Ireland address for you to collect and transport across the border.
